Sean was quick and professional. He showed up the day I called which was helpful since the lock set for our front door was strewn all over the floor. Thank you!!

I blinked and my door was open Sean is super friendly and so sweet. I’d hire him to open my lock again if I ever mindlessly close myself out or my siblings close my door. 👍🏾😊

Sean has been super helpful! We had our lock stop taking our passcode as the door handling process malfunctioned due to our door bolt not aligning with the strike plate. I followed all the videos online to factory reset the door, change the batteries, and try resetting the rehandling and passcode process. Unfortunately all of this led to more frustration than anything. So we called Sean at 7:30pm on a Monday night. Sean, although at the gym, put down what I could imagine was a 400lb barbell, to help us with our issues. He worked with us and helped us solve the issue over the phone. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services!

My mom was locked out of her apartment in Elata due to a malfunctioning lock at 10 PM on a Saturday night. Avenue Living who is the property manager made us call the locksmith on our own expense to fix the lock so I called Next Level Locksmith. Sean was extremely professional and timely, arriving at my mom's extremely promptly. He finished the work quickly and informed us of the tenant laws in Alberta. What a great lad. I will use Next Level next time I need lock related help.

Owner's reply
Thank you Kun! Glad your mom's sorted and that the visit came with a bit of useful info on top of the fix.

Called Sean he came pretty soon after I got locked out. There was also a thunderstorm happening and the call was pretty late in the night on a Sunday so very satisfied with the time and the service. Just wish the prices were slightly lower but that is alright considering the circumstances.

Owner's reply
Thanks so much Karan! A late-night lockout in a thunderstorm is about as rough as it gets, glad it was a quick turnaround.

What fantastic service we received from NextLevel Locksmith. We had three locks we needed rekeyed. Sean did such a good job. Locking and unlocking the doors is smooth without having to wiggle the key! Would easily recommend this locksmith.

Owner's reply
Thanks! Every key turning smooth with no wiggling is exactly how a rekey should turn out. That recommendation means a lot. Reach out anytime a lock or key needs sorting.

Sean was great. He was available the day after I called, was on time and took care of locks and other hardware on four different doors. He patiently explained why we had difficulties and also how to take care of the doors and locks on a daily basis to mitigate future issues. He cleaned up after himself and was polite and very personable. I highly recommend him and the company.

Recently we were locked out of our house on a weekend evening in Airdrie. While there are several locksmith businesses in Airdrie, no one has responded to our calls (or an AI has responded without further action). Next Level responded right away, and Sean came to us within 40 minutes of taking our call. The job was done within 5 minutes and was reasonably priced considering the travel time and circumstances. Sean also suggested how to avoid future lockouts and good lock products.

Owner's reply
Friedrich, sincere thanks for laying all that out. Glad it turned into a short night instead of a long one. Much appreciated!
