Tarik was extremely helpful in getting me back into my house. He arrived quickly after I called and was very polite and professional. I hope I never have to call a locksmith again, but if I do, without a doubt I would call this number

Tarik came when I was locked out of my apartment late at night, which was very stressful; he was very friendly, upfront with the costs of an emergency lockout, and was able to complete the work within 20 minutes. Reliable and reasonable, you can always count on Tarik & team for help!

Owner's reply
Thanks Mariam, appreciate it! Nobody wants to be stuck outside at that hour, glad it got sorted quickly :)

We dealt with Tarik last night and he was great. We locked our garage opener in our car and couldn’t open our garage. We’re in Burlington and he came in from Hamilton and worked his magic to open our garage super quickly. Thank god cause we couldn’t get into our garage at all. He was super personable and I would definitely recommend him.

Owner's reply
Thanks so much Karen! Garage lockout trouble at night is never convenient, glad it worked out. Thanks for the recommendation!

I was locked out of my house and called a different company who told me 30 mins. After waiting 90 minutes I called Next Level Locksmith and a kind warm voice answered ready to help. Tarik came by and he worked on a tricky lock in the pouring rain and was very nice and pleasant despite being soaking wet. His professionalism and positive attitude turned my bad mood into a much better one. I would highly recommend Tarik and Next Level Locksmith!

Owner's reply
Thank you so much, Rebecca! We're really sorry the first company left you waiting but so glad you called us when you did. Rain, tricky locks, bad moods, none of that is a problem for our team. That's exactly the kind of experience we want every customer to have and we truly appreciate you recommending Next Level Locksmith!

Tarik was amazing! Most locksmiths jump straight to drilling out your locks, but Tarik gave a solid attempt at picking the lock first. When we had to (reluctantly) drill out the lock on the back door, Tarik nailed it in 5 seconds! Tarik: what you didn’t know when you left (and what I pieced together the next morning when I disassembled the front door handle) was that the door handle broke on the inside due to years of wear and tear. That door was never going to open from the outside. 😅

Owner's reply
Thanks so much, Derek! I really appreciate that. Glad we could figure it out and get everything sorted in the end! And thanks for sharing the follow-up too 😄
