Sean was quick and professional. He showed up the day I called which was helpful since the lock set for our front door was strewn all over the floor. Thank you!!

I blinked and my door was open Sean is super friendly and so sweet. I’d hire him to open my lock again if I ever mindlessly close myself out or my siblings close my door. 👍🏾😊

Had to call a locksmith for the first time when the guts of our deadbolt came out with the key, without unlocking. Ken was quick, efficient and got us in 5 minutes after arriving. Thank you!

Sean has been super helpful! We had our lock stop taking our passcode as the door handling process malfunctioned due to our door bolt not aligning with the strike plate. I followed all the videos online to factory reset the door, change the batteries, and try resetting the rehandling and passcode process. Unfortunately all of this led to more frustration than anything. So we called Sean at 7:30pm on a Monday night. Sean, although at the gym, put down what I could imagine was a 400lb barbell, to help us with our issues. He worked with us and helped us solve the issue over the phone. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services!

My mom was locked out of her apartment in Elata due to a malfunctioning lock at 10 PM on a Saturday night. Avenue Living who is the property manager made us call the locksmith on our own expense to fix the lock so I called Next Level Locksmith. Sean was extremely professional and timely, arriving at my mom's extremely promptly. He finished the work quickly and informed us of the tenant laws in Alberta. What a great lad. I will use Next Level next time I need lock related help.

Owner's reply
Thank you Kun! Glad your mom's sorted and that the visit came with a bit of useful info on top of the fix.

Called Sean he came pretty soon after I got locked out. There was also a thunderstorm happening and the call was pretty late in the night on a Sunday so very satisfied with the time and the service. Just wish the prices were slightly lower but that is alright considering the circumstances.

Owner's reply
Thanks so much Karan! A late-night lockout in a thunderstorm is about as rough as it gets, glad it was a quick turnaround.

This company is professional and straightforward. We didn't in the end use Next level as we have a unique lock however, Sean recommended two other companies that we could reach out and was straight up honest and forthcoming. Super rare these days! Appreciate the guidance and help!
