Lee Foster24 June 2026I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the locksmith got to our place considering it was close to midnight. Ken was courteous, polite and professional and even installed a new door handle for us. We were so impressed with his service we had him come back and do some work for us. He kept us current and informed of the work he was doing. Very pleased with his work. It was a bit expensive but it was also after hours and close to mid night. What can a person expect!!!

Peter Donahue15 May 2026We have on older home that requires 5 inch backsets, which are much more difficult to find if you want modern door hardware in black. Ken worked hard to find exactly what we wanted, kept in constant contact, and completed the job in a professional and timely manner - I would highly recommend them.

Fiona Innes-Smith30 January 2026So I’d had a day from hell and got home in -30 degree weather only to find I couldn’t turn the key in my deadbolt. It was pure luck I got Ken. I just picked the first one I saw. Too cold to sit in the car to look for reviews or call around. He was here within 5 minutes!!!! And had the door open under 3!!!! After a few adjustments, the lock was working like a charm (and it still was the next morning at -36!!!!!)

Monique Zacharko23 January 2026I locked my keys in my van and thought it was going to be an absolute nightmare to find a locksmith that would be available without lengthy wait times. Ken showed up in less then an hour and I was able to retrieve my keys with in seconds of his arrival. I would highly recommend!!

Tammy Wood31 December 2025I called when it was -30c out locked out of my shop New Year’s Eve day. Ken came same day, on time to when he said he would be here. It was more difficult than usual to remove old dead bolt but he made sure it worked perfect before he left. A person that takes pride in his work. Very quick, tidy and polite and I would recommend him for any of your lock problems.
